Cancellation Before Work Begins

Customers may cancel their service before work has started for a full refund.

Cancellation After Work Begins

If cancellation occurs after work has started:

  • A partial refund may be issued

  • The refund amount will depend on the portion of work completed

Subscription Services

For recurring services:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period once charged
